Dura Dental Center

I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to going to the dentist, so I've done quite a lot of hopping around the area looking for a non-judgmental doctor who takes extra care to make sure their patients don't feel pain. My grandmother heard great things about Dura, and we both made appointments with Dr. Aldara. The checkup was easy, but I was beyond scared of the fillings I needed, because even with anesthetic, fillings have been a very long and painful procedure most places I've gone. Other practices have felt medieval compared to this one. It took about a half hour to complete my filling, and I waited for pain the whole time that never came. I was about to cry tears of joy about not having to fear the dentist anymore. Dr. Aldara is so kind and funny! Denise did my filling, she was so sweet and very patient with my unnecessary fear. The filling feels great, and I can't recommend Dura Dental enough, especially for anyone who has a fear of dental procedures because of the pain. They will take care of you here.

Made and appointment, told them multiple times that my insurance wasn’t fully covered for a few months, they didn’t mention payment for a consultation, they tried billing an insurance plan that wasn’t active. Then send a $400 bill with no mention of payment being due during any of the process for a consultation

My son got his tooth pulled at Dura yesterday and the dentist and hygienist were absolutely amazing! I think I was more nervous than him. They are great and would highly recommend for the little ones!

I left a review 3 years ago ad my experience was amazing...i had to use a different email to post this review...my then 5 star has changed to a 1. Each person can do what they feel led to do, but this is my most recent experience. My insurance only allowed me to be seen on the Warren office..i had waited for almost 10 minutes before I proceeded to go to the back... the set up on Canfield is like that.. well the staff had been in conversation the evidence time I waited.. so I have a failed root canal ( possibly two..full disclosure but performed by Dr. Aldara) prior to leaving I requested a break down of the cost of the " care plan" which was extraction with an implant bc times are hard and I wanted to know how much i needed to save for.. the same staff that took forever to come receive me stated that she didn't do billing but would pass it on. On my way home o contacted my insurance company and was told to have then submit a prior auth and they could give me the exact cost out of pocket instead of the guesstimate I was given.. this was two months ago now and there is still no prior auth. I have text messages to the office as well as I've called at least three times. The tooth ( t

Dr. Aldara is an extremely pleasant dentist. He ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. It was refreshing to walk into a dentist office and receive 10/10 treatment! Anna did my fillings and she is also very kind and explained to me what she was doing when she did it. I have finally found a great dentist! Thank you.
